On April 14, the state Board of Cosmetology will decide whether or not to fight against the Brazilian waxes.
"It's just not right," says spa owner Linda Orsuto. Her business performs almost 1,800 Brazilian waxes annually.
The ban could be enforced in May if the Board decides to support the ban.
